The price of the new Mercedes-AMG S63 E Performance is double that of the standard version!

Mercedes recently announced the price of the new 2024 Mercedes-AMG S63 E Performance with the start of delivery to owners in Europe by May this year, It certainly comes with a hefty price tag that many people simply can’t afford!

The luxury car is equipped with a 4.0-liter twin-turbo V8 engine and a hybrid electric drive system that generates 791 horsepower and 1430 Nm of torque. On the other hand, you will have to pay a sum of about 208,393 euros ($228,167 USD) to get it.

Compared to the price of the Mercedes S350d diesel, which is the base class in Germany, and generates only 282 horsepower, the latter is only €107,814 ($118,044).

However, it’s worth noting that the S63 E Performance can accelerate from 0 to 100 km/h in about 3.3 seconds and offers an electric range of up to 53 km, figures that the diesel version will never reach.

The total price of the car is €208,393 without any options, and can easily be increased to more than €230,000 by adding 21-inch wheels, the AMG Carbon exterior package, the $9,772 Carbon Brake Package, and the AMG Drivers’ Package that increases the top speed limit From 250 kilometers per hour to 290 kilometers per hour.

It is certain that the price of the S63 Edition 1 will increase compared to the other versions, but the company has not announced the exact amount of the price increase.

Upgrades to Edition 1 include Manufaktur Silver Mountain Grey metallic paint, 21-inch alloy wheels, and seats covered in exclusive AMG premium Nappa leather with red threading.

Customers can also get the AMG Exterior Night package, which adds a black finish to the front, sides, mirror caps, and roof beams, along with tinted glass, a black chrome exhaust, red brake calipers, and AMG interior caps with “Edition 1” lettering.

Of course, this version will look more attractive, but for reasons unknown, Mercedes has not provided any photos of it. The Mercedes-AMG S63 E Performance is expected to be available in other markets later in 2023, so if you have close to $200,000 that you won’t need anytime soon, you should probably buy one!
