A pickup truck with a bus front end was the Dodge A100. From the middle of the 1960s until the beginning of the 1970s, Chrysler offered it; it included certain characteristics similar to those of a camper.
Fortunately, less than 3,200 were produced overall throughout that time frame, with each selling for less than $2,000 in value. After a while, Dodge decided to add more features and began marketing the pickup truck as a big van.
