The Plymouth Signet was one of the Big Three when it was launched, and it was large and unsightly. As the company was about to go bankrupt, Plymouth created the vehicle to revive the brand.
Because of the backlash the firm faced from earlier model launches, Signet designers decided to play it safe when it came to the car’s general look. The Signet was a well-received product that was offered until the late 1960s when it was discontinued.
