The Citroën BX was an automobile that was created in the late 1980s and was a very popular car in Europe, despite being an unattractive car. The Citroën GS, which was a more popular car than the BX, was superseded by the BX model.
Other Volvo cars served as an influence for the BX’s designers, and the Peugeot 405 engine served as a basis for the powerplant. As if the car’s ugly appearance weren’t enough, its hydraulic suspension and lightweight design made for an uncomfortable ride.
